this is from the zoophilia wiki and i can’t stop laughing at it… i could understand someone making this argument if there’s an actual health concern regarding a juvenile dog being too sexually active, but the ultimate reasoning here being “let them be a puppy” is so goddamn funny.
“let them be a puppy.” how about let them be a dog and stop forcing the human construct of childhood innocence on animals?! sheesh.
like i’m not even passionately advocating for anything here! it’s just that “let them be a puppy” means nothing 😭 why don’t they provide actual research and information on the potential dangers of a puppy being sexually active? that would be way more helpful!
@funnyanimal It's funny I was just talking to someone the other day about this ideology in the zoo community, I myself even hold this view but I don't think it's because of any projected human innocence fetish, I just don't think the creature would have much interest in the same way a dog who is mostly done growing would.
