Idk how creative people create instead of just shutting off their brain and consooming to avoid being alone with their thoughts.

I try to create and it's so hard, too hard, I just get more depressed the more I create. Feels like all the work is for nothing so the more work I put in the more I feel like I'm wasting my time.
