I gave him some food because he seemed to be asking for some, just standing 20 feet away staring at me after being buddy distance from my cat and her seeming to like him. Then she was all next to me and meowing and then looking at him, acting like she acts when she's hungry but then directing her attention toward him. So I gave him a LITTLE food. Whe I noticed his balls I figured he was wild and stopped worrying about bribing someone elses cat and gave it more. It's tail was kind of skinny too so I wanted it to fill up.
