I had a theory you can predict the future but through patterns of the past or someone's past to predict the next move or they are going to do that same thing again through patterns. Can a person change? 100% can things change? 100% people and things don't change that fast tho. Things tend not to change unless there's a lot of negativity that comes from it. If you get backlash from something you either change the way you do it or just change it all altogether.
@Lox Yes information can time travel because it has no density so it can not become infinitely dense as it travels beyond the speed of light and back in time (It also travels through time into the future although I am not sure if the rates are different for the forward and backward ripple.)

I forget what exactly someone said but they said you could probably travel forward in time but not back.
