Making progress in becoming an old jacked man. I was depressed so hard for a while, almost decided to you know, go bye bye, even if it was a slow bye bye through health neglect. Well I'm training through the pain. Nerve pain. Terrible fucking levels, but I'm dedicated to maintaining peak physical performance again, but with the body of an old person now instead of the body of a 20 year old. God I was fucking fit. Had the hip V. Lookin hot. Anyway, fuck back pain, and uh, do bodyweight exercises, rock climbing is prscrical and can be done safely with proper training and gear. Climbing is the most practical survival skill, after running. If there's a chasm that opens up in the earth and you fall partway down and it starts closing again you'd better be fast enough to clomb the fuck out.
