There are countries in the (mostly Western) world that try and skirt around the "to legalize or criminalize" issue by attempting to have it both ways.

For example, on the one hand, they allow shit quality lolisho because it's "not realistic", but they ban 3DCG because it's "too realistic".

But then they also ban non-3DCG toddlercon because that's also "too realistic", even though many times it is drawn in the same way as the shit quality lolisho stuff that is allowed.

This just reveals the utter stupidity of establishing the dichotomy in the first place.

And then, of course, there's the (primarily) Anglo nations that just outright equate lolisho of any quality with "the stuff".

And, in addition to this primary distinction regarding the higher state authorities, you have the mix-up of MAPs who campaign against "the stuff" but for lolisho, and the ironics, who hate MAPs and insist that lolisho is not in any way related to either a pedophilic attraction or "the stuff" at all. Both these groups are also hypocritical and their positions are self-defeating and affirm System control.

Honestly, at this point, I agree more with the latter group's position, but for the wrong reasons, lol. As I've made clear before, I believe in decriminalization/legalization.

Lolisho, of any type or quality, IS "the stuff", and both, considered as one medium, should be decriminalized at least and in the best (and most intelligent) case legalized.

Problem solved.
