Plus there is so much backstabbing on pedotwt. The maps in the "llolicon" and "proshipping" spheres are always trying to "expose" each other and they try to dox ppl if they like the wrong post.

Plus, I just don't think it's productive to be outside of spaces that we don't control. Like ATF and pedi is way safer than twitter.

@neechan@baise-moi.top exactly... a lotta the time the internet just feels anti-para by default, trying to slip under that passive toxicity is a lot harder and arguably more dangerous than joining an existing safe bubble. i used to use atf quite a bit buuut i moved away from it cuz it felt like it was getting a bit anti and i got scared 😭

@lenkagaminemap@feral.bond yeah and with pedi, antis really don't care much about it. All instances I have seen of "antis" have been paras on here giving antis screenshots and info, which happens in most communities sadly but we mitigate it quite a bit when we find the users.

Antis are filtered really easily by most things people post though by their own words.
