My stand, Faeries Wear Boots, it is a long range stand and has two main abilities. 1. It has the power of invisibility, even to other stand users, but can become visible. 2. Anyone who catches a glimpse of Faeries Wear Boots will not be believed by anyone from that point forward, about anything, no matter how illogical, whether written or spoken. The afflicted person could tell their freinds the sky was blue and they would tell them they're being ridiculous and not even realize the logical fallacy they've made. Is that a good power set if used properly?
ACTUALLY I'M CHANGING RULE 2!!! It can flip either or, either nothing they say is believed or everything they say is believed, with my command as the trigger. It would be too easy for them to figure out to just say the opposite of something binary to not be believed and then the truth will come out....I need that one trick, flip, to be versatile enough. Should it have a cooldown??

interesting. this has drastic cognitive effects on people who weren't directly effected by it.
a bit of a chaotic and destructive stand but with clever application you could certainly achieve a lot.
my first inclination with this would be to play kingmaker, meddle in politics. and target public figures with a large audience to sow absolute chaos in the minds of the populace.
get an accomplice and have people believe everything they say and use that to create the most powerful propaganda campaign ever divised.
