Let's spread the positivity...
What games do you know of that do offer some unique experience, that a game developer might want to try?
ONI: The only game I know of that includes gun-fu. This game also makes it viable, since guns might be viable, but do only have a little ammo and if enemy uses it all, you will get none.
Black and white: A god simulator and RTS combined in a way that allows for a ton of experimentation. You also have a pet giant...
Overlord: A game where you play mini-sauron and can rule your army of up to 50 minions from the front-lines. Includes a puzzle combat where a slight mistace can cost you an entire army, but also has a ton of humor.
Guedin's Attack on Titan Fan Game:
Still in development. This is the best (and free) grapling based movement simulator I have played. It takes a few hours to get used to, but it is worth the experience.
Feel free to add any game you think is worth trying.
