OK, Can anyone please explain to me why would ANY SANE PROGRAMMER ever do such a dumb thing?

I am watching JOJO's bizzare adventure on Netflix windows app right now, and when I watch something, I want to be productive. So, I put it on screen one, and the moment I click my browser on screen 2, netflix fucking hides itself...

But wait, there is more.
If I put netflix on screen two, then I can use anything on screen one without problem.

WHY WOULD ANY SANE PROGRAMMER WRITE SUCH A STUPID FUNCTION???
