Ok, that's quite a strawman. Nowhere on the entire political spectrum except for radical centrists can you find anyone truly thinking that people are smart.

@LukeAlmighty from what I understand the unregulated free market/ancap ideology is that customers will choose what's best for them, driving the good companies to innovate and lower prices, since a company doing bad stuff would have its products stop being bought
the problem is nothing prevents monopolies, especially if the given field has a large barrier to entry, and people in general aren't informed at all, enough marketing/pr makes crushing competition ezpz

@tuxcrafting strange. You added anarchy to the mix. I don't want to argue, since I seriously have no horse in the race.
In my opinion, it's a paradox. The ancap capitalism cannot work, because it would lead to mafias and eventually government. And government regulation based capitalism leads to centralized power and eventual tyrany or socialism.
I just wanted to see your definition of true capitalism. That's all. Thanks.
