Want's to work with blender.
Buys an extremely OP Pc just to be sure.
Next release contains a few "fixes", and I cannot even use the card anymore, cause it uses only 10 percent to render the frame in seconds... WHY DID I SPEND SO MUCH MONEY AGAIN???

If it freezes, I would check, if the project reaches your ram limit. I like relatively low poly, and I do no hoge renders yet, so this won't be one of my problems for quite a while.

there is no way I can upgrade the cpu in this computer.
but I remember that libreoffic calc spreadsheets used to freeze up when I had an i7 in another machine

I use blender with i5 cpu
freezes sometimes, but don't know if that is due to the cpu
