I know this is just another stupid whining, and it will sound weak and stupid, but my mom had called me a mass-murderer once just for playing games. Today, she said I sould "do some research" about Covid, even though, she said to me the same things I knew in february...
Why are some women like this? Do they really not care about if I can ever talk to them again with any respect? Does she want me just to believe the same shit she does or leave? 
I cannot live like this knowing I cannot talk openly to people I care about, since they are unable to talk to me at all without making a scene. 
@LukeAlmighty Make your life simpler. Share simple stuff that gives you and your mom joy, dedicate time for such stuff; avoid everything else — could be source of conflict.
Learn to close doors for privacy in your life. Open only to share the common happy stuff.
@mystik At this point, she cannot do that for some reason... I tried, but she's way too cought up in all of the "important stuff" to enjoy the time.

It's not like she said any topic in particular... It was just the "read a book" sperg.
It just feels awful knowing that she thinks I am too dumb to understand it. But I just guess that's some kind of dumb instinct. From anyone else, I woudn't care, but sometimes I wander just what kind of person my mother thinks I am, since she threw at me almost any bad trait immaginable.

That sucks but thats how it is, you need to adjust to their moral guidelines so that you don't upset them to much, its better to talk the more pressing issues with friends that you trust.
