I almost NEVER believe in the malice as long as mass debility can explain the problem.
But sadly, in case of education system, not even mass debility does serve to address just how bad things actually are.
So yeah. In this case, I also believe there are manipulators who love their 20 year old population broken, dumb and in dept...
@LukeAlmighty @ChristiJunior @jeremiah @verita84
I tend to agree. What was once good, like the postal service, grew into a bureaucratic morass with a life of its own... which attracts power-hungry people.
@GluedToTheScreen @ChristiJunior @jeremiah @verita84
Wrong
Stupidity does not create a complete prison system replica
Beaurocracy does not create a prison system replica.
Only malice can create a system where gangs of street level idiots can bully talented people without any backfire for 9 years
Only malice will force the same talented people in the same room with the gangsters for 9 years every single day with threat of their entire future.
Only malice will withold information from the smart kids untill the dumbest people in that class are ready to continue, making these talented kids unable to focus on the topics when they eventually do get there.
This is not a mistake. This is planned. And as I said, not even mass idiocracy can explain this one.
@LukeAlmighty @ChristiJunior @jeremiah @verita84
I was generally talking about the sheer size of the system and bureaucracy being a problem... I'm not a fan of BIG things, GOV, BIZ, UNIONS, ...
You take it further and say it's malevolent by design or intent. Are you talking about teacher's unions? or teachers? or administrators? something else evil??
@GluedToTheScreen @ChristiJunior @jeremiah @verita84
Do you glow in the dark? ![]()
@GluedToTheScreen @ChristiJunior @jeremiah @verita84
Read my post
Find the line where I mentioned the unions
Read it again
Find tbe line where I mentioned administrations
Read it again
Tell me, where you see that better teachers could possibly solve the entire fucking gang problem.
@GluedToTheScreen @ChristiJunior @jeremiah @verita84
It does fix the "let's torchure people by putting them in the same room with these gangsters EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR NEXT 9 YEARS" problem.
Also, on streets you can either defend yourself or ask police for help. School is completelly designed to defend the gangsters, and any atempt to defend yourself will lead to you loosing any hope for a good future.
@GluedToTheScreen @ChristiJunior @jeremiah @verita84
"I'm curious how you think that could come about? "
How would come about.... what? What do you want me to defend?
And by adding "realistically" you're only saying, that you're willing to let kids suffer.
Will you let them all suffer just so you don't have to break a single rule yourself? Step one of "realistically" solving any systematic problem is to defy the system Itself including it's pillars. (Something I coincidatelly completelly agree on with lefties)
Every change begins with one unrealistic action.
@LukeAlmighty @ChristiJunior @jeremiah @verita84
you're angry... and I agree it is not right
I'm asking how you get from HERE to THERE... because I don't know. You've obviously given it a lot of thought. How do you fix it?
"burn it down"? literally? if not, how?
what IS that "one unrealistic action"?
I mean... let's say a MIRACLE happened, Trump exposes massive everything and the world is agog. He can do practically anything he wants (WRT EDU)...
... what would you have him DO?
@GluedToTheScreen @ChristiJunior @jeremiah @verita84
Ok. How to burn it down.
1) you need a miracle that allows you an access to all educational materials in better quality then a minimal wage teacher. (Spoiler, that miracle already happened)
2) you need a law that allows alternatives to primary education. (I have no idea if you can homeschool or not)
Aaand that's all you need. You might think that homeschool kids won't get a job because of missing papers, but there is one aditional factor. If homeschooling becomes mainstream, tbey will soon notice, that kids from home schools are better at basic tasks anyway.
@LukeAlmighty @ChristiJunior @jeremiah @verita84
I'm curious how you think that could come about? Realistically.
There would be support... but hurdles aplenty.
