I have seen the entire series.
You can truly tell just how much do writers loathe the principles the original show stands on. It was quite educational for me actually.
But yeah. From the last 3 shows, this one was the least painful to watch.
I just watched the Red Letter Media reviews. THOSE were pretty good. Orville is where Star Trek's spirit moved on to. It did pick up a little dirty humor in the transition though.

Yes, star trek's formula was getting a bit old. Enterprise (my favorite show) tried to solve it by putting them throu as morally gray situations as possible.
Dirty humor is another way to solve it I guess.
Oh, I like the humor. I still remember that first episode joke with the, ah, blue fluid. And I have SHIT memory.
IDK, can't wait for next season of Ye Orville.

You hit the nail on the head. I’m torn cuz it doesn’t feel like #StarTrek but I think I’ll end up thinking it’s an okay show

Picard was painfully dumb but Discovery was the only one I was not able to stomack...
I quit after the first season and was unable to watch a single episode since.
