@orekix @VD15 @pernia but they're both done with the understanding that some people are more worthy than others, certain people being encouraged is not unlike certain people being discouraged. i think pro-natalism could have the same effect of counteracting the tendency of people to have kids below the the replacement ratio as their living conditions improve.

I am quite rich and I love my job. But I woudn't do it for free, so they are exploiting me, since if I quit now, eventually I would run out of money and starve.
I agreed to my job, because it is the BEST option. No matter how shitty it might seem to you, it would be seriously assholish of you to tell me I should get a different one, because you don't like it.
I see it the same way with any shitty but conscentual job. It was their best option. No need to take it.
