@kakol That's probably not inaccurate. The types who get into reddit are usually young college students and graduates, who are most often between 100 and 120 in IQ. They're smart enough to question things, but not smart enough to avoid falling victim to leftist programming that is tailored just for them. They're the most easily influenced demographic by far, because they like to think that they're intelligent and will believe anything you tell them if you frame it as a revolutionary idea that makes them better than their peers for believing it.

On the contrary, the right tends to fill the ends of the bell curve. Conservatives tend to be either dumb enough to be immune to that programming, largely in part due to programming from their youth overriding later attempts, or intelligent enough that they can see through the bullshit.

It is quite funny how education, intelligence and intellectual curriosity do not seem to corelate with intellectual honesty.

I had a few debates with a philosophy teacher, and whenever I said that some phenomena could be explained by simple rules aplied repetadly, his anwser was always "I think it's more complicated".

He never said how, he never said why. Until I realized, that to accept what I was saying would destroy some of his belief system. (most importantly, human unique and immutable soul)

So no matter what kind of topic he was talking about, he would always find a way to include esoteric BS. Not because it was logical, but because his brain knew there was no other way of holding onto this basic concept.

Please, do not take this as an anti-christian rant, but when the teacher says, that artificial intelligence will never be able to do a creative work, I cannot accept that from a IT uni profesor.
