The trans women survival method under HIV
The reason of why the hiv infected rate of #trans women is so high... I think is because they are lacking of people to fxxk.
Being a trans women means they are not going to having sex with most normal humans ... they can not be picky for guys. And some gays with STDs also super lack of a fxxk...so, you know... The only option of them are ...
But they saw a survival chance - not choose to don't fxxk with anyone. Which is choose to blame the people who don't want to give a fxxk to them "#transphobia" by political correctness, then they could have more "clean" people to fxxk to increase their survival rate, strategically.

The point is, you cannot complain about transphobia when one group has some sex, and ignore completely the fact that other groups have none.

MSM (male-to-male sex) is easier to transmit HIV.
We count trans women have sex with gay/straight men as MSM.
