CO2 is stored in water. water levels are rising...

CO2 is consumed by trees. we are growing trees, and changing it to houses/equipment.(as long as we don't burn, it is kept stored)

but let's ignore that and just keep complaining about a rising numbers (and ignore source of these numbers...)
