@LukeAlmighty @TheAncestor What is the basis of the love is there is no reason for it? I'd be very suspicious, isn't it a weird position to be in a relationship where the other person has zero condition for being in it. Even worse if it is to the detriment. That is just uncomfortable. :comfyeek:

I think you're reading it wayy too literaly.

unconditional -》You love the person enough, that nothing else matters then being with them. Wealth is not a factor, past is not a factor etc.

There still are "conditions", because you love them for their being, that could change...

@LukeAlmighty @TheAncestor wealth and past not being a factor is bullshit. "Unconditional love is when wealth, looks, sex, intelligence, blah blah blah isn't a condition" If you strip all of the parts of a person what is there to love? There are always conditions. Saying the lack of them is virtuous is to guilt people into shit relationships

@Philoxenus @TheAncestor
how did you separate looks and inteligence from the being?

have you red my comment?

@LukeAlmighty @TheAncestor I think these are all things that are part of the being. I don't think compartmentalization is possible and it is just arbitrary.
@LukeAlmighty @TheAncestor I don't think a big house and stedy income pop into existence. There are requirements demanded by reality for those to exist.

Maybe look at it this way:

Someone wants to be in a relationship just because of the person they are dating and not the factors outside of themselves. They will date the person because they are funny, kind, and caring but not because he is rich or is popular. Looks are kind of a gray zone, but generally not the be all end all in someone who loves you like this.
