Let me explain.
The essential roots of progressivism is their nihilistic ontological basis, therefore progressivism is inherently self destructive given it gives meaning or value to anything. As such, all we have to do is go on a "strike" and not collaborate with anything the progressive society proposes. It will eventually just decay and root and wither away.
A prime example of that is fertility rates. Look out the religious right is outbreeding the progressives ( who will just kill their own offsprings or not have children at all ).

You see, what you define as a "right" , is not the same thing I define as a right.
For me, there are no other rights beyond Natural Rights ( i.e. the inherent conditions that humans need to provide for their own survival like freedom to think and act and keep the fruits of their labor). Things like "needs" are not a "right". Just because someone "needs" something that doesn't give them automatically any mandate to demand anything. Is only through merit that you have the mandate to demand something i.e. you demand something because you objectively earned it.

First of all, Social Constructivism i.e. Sociological Determinism is a pseudo-scientific whackery. We know for a fact that there is a biological basis of human behavior and that enviromental factors act like catalysts or deterrents of those biological based behaviors but do not define them.
Social Constructivism just spawns from the self delusion that is subjectivism i.e. the idea that one's consciousness can define objective reality.
