Yes. So is the nuclear power. When used properly it is the safest source of power we know of. That being said, would wou want to be installing into your home an experimental miniaturized nuclear reactor that uses a completelly new mechanism, that hadn't been tried before?
Vaccines are always fucking with your immunity system, and sometimes even with more. Not every change is known, or beneficial. And some of them take decades to discover. This vaccine wasn't out for decades. It was rushed out in a year.
