Yeah... ok. I cannot say I wasn't forced into it several times...
it's quite good in my experience.

@LukeAlmighty sure. i’m trying a biphasic sleep schedule where I sleep twice a day for four hours. I did it last month and in high school and it felt like 2 full days compressed into one
