when I see an older woman, I do not think: She might be older, but at least, she has a career.

I think she is:
Older
Uglier
Less emotionaly stable
Without the sense for wonder
Less kind
With possible kids/stds
And most importantly, No matter for what reason, but she survived the selection process for THAT long.
