Her: uhhhhhhhhhhh.....uhhhhhh...... What's the range?
Me: (says range.)
Her: the top of the range, let's start there...
Incredible negotiator!
Then proceeds to fail basic tech 101 questions that this job entails.

To be honest, some people really have no idea what they're worth.
I am as a tester getting paid more then twice what my genius brother is, just because I had the balls to ask a company, that could afford it...
