Funny thing. Even in primary school, we were told to never atempt this kind of rescue, unless we are twice the strengts of the rescued, since it's suicide.
The only thing worse then person panicking from suffication, is a person panicting from suffication that you cannot even communicate with, that can also kill you by grabbing you incorrectly.
