Bavili jsme se s Tatarkou v tramvaji a samozřejmě anglicky.
Jistý od pohledu nasupený muž kolem 60 let na mě zakřičel česky, ať táhni odkud jsem přišel. #cizák
Tak jsem mu česky odpověděl, že kam si myslí, že po práci asi tak jedu.
Ten zaražený výraz se dal zarámovat!

Je smutné, že v 21. století se něco takového ještě vůbec děje. Ale bylo by dobré si říct, že pokud nedokáže česky hned odpovědět ten napadený, je to na ostatních cestujících.

Česko by nemělo mít v zahraničí pověst xenofobní země. To je na každém z nás.

This is a bit impossible due to the nature of the Czech nation. We are the most stubborn and after certain historical events we are no longer very obedient and we have a problem with the authorities. You just can't tell people in the Czech Republic what to think - they just don't care and they do their thing.

We do not have problem with authorities, authorities have a problem with us.

And considering, that they feel free to complain about us even mentioning our problems, I guess we aren't stubborn enough.
