@SirSpencer I wonder how much better off we'd all be if the black nuclear family rate were high enough to make this picture the rule rather than the exception. A lot of black conservative commentators have lamented the abysmally low marriage rate and the high proportion of single parents among black parents as one of the things making it difficult to raise those children out of bad neighbourhoods.

All kids deserve better than that.
