Can someone write an android program, that deletes a photo and saves it again with todays day and time in metadata automatically once a day?

I mean the file itself. In short, just so the metadata say it was taken $today.
@LukeAlmighty i see.. unfortunately I am not an android developer, so I would be just able to write a script to change metadata in files, but there's no way to run the script periodically in the background on non-rooted phones.. it would be better to do this using the app..
@LukeAlmighty the app (or a program) is installed into android.. if you give it an access to the filesystem, then it can manipulate pictures.. this is the standard way (which I don't know how to do)
I know how to write scripts which would also work on Android, because Android is based on Linux.. writing such a script is something Android is not built for.. yes, it would work somehow, but it is not the standard way.. and it is not possible perhaps to run the script periodically unless you have full access to the phone (rooted phone), which means, full access to the "linux" system, low-level..
so I would prefer the app to do that.. for someone who develops andoid apps it must be easy..
