One thing that makes me a bit calmer is that whenever I hear someone spout CRT, I know they truly believe that straight white men have ability to transform the world on their whim and noone can stop me, until I give up that superpower willingly.

And while they can diversity hire etc, that fact, that I am essencially the Batman will never leave their mind.
