I finally fixed it.
The issue was that I was an idiot and the server was not running because I'm an idiot who forgot to run it.
But because I was getting SOCKS5 errors I thought it was the proxy.

It is impossible to be good at IT, because you need a complete mental immage of systems, that were written by 1 000 000 different people during 40 years and interact in unpredictable way...
There is not a single person out there who understands the software that runs on modern machines.
