You talk about compassion, but that makes me wander. What is wrong with being eaten after you die?
I was wandering many times about the best way to be burried, and I still consider having my body eaten to be the most natural and satisfying anwser.
@LukeAlmighty There’s nothing inherently wrong with eating someone (human or animal) after they’re already died of natural causes. But it’s a little weird.

@ew @alex @LukeAlmighty I can guarantee that this man eats products that have to be sourced from half a world away in order for him to get all his daily nutritional macros met, and requires insane amounts of discipline in order to do so
buying locally sourced produce and meat is far more ethical than shipping overpriced luxury food goods across the ocean in massive filthy container ships imo. needing to import all your food because you’re sad about a cow getting its brains blown out is peak bougie behavior
I don't understand, why they don't allow their stupid #vegans eat eggs. Eating eggs DO NOT equal to animal abuse, I know many high quality and high price eggs do not animal abuse in their production.
I think it's caused to by some people have to sell supplements.

That's true, but I am pretty sure vegans don't eat eggs out of principle.

@snow @Jackuu @LukeAlmighty @ew @issdeinschnitzel Free range means they don’t stack them in battering cages and instead crowd them on the floor. A lot more of them die that way, from being trampled or fighting for space. There are studies on this.
@alex @snow @LukeAlmighty @ew @issdeinschnitzel yeah but then you can’t extract grossly disproportionate profit margins out of your customers when you have to actually allocate proper amounts of land feed and resources so that animals can have a somewhat normal life
I agree that factory farming is inhumane and cancerous and the only reason it exists is because the government allows it to and subsidizes it heavily. I would rather free range or at least if some compromise between abhorrent factory farm conditions and a bunch of hippies on there organic free trade farm common could be found
