Android is so fucking useless.
How hard is it to make a per program volume setting for fucks sake...
@LukeAlmighty why would a dumb user need per-program volume settings? all programs are designed for the most stupid of all.. and it's not just programs, politicians too are racing to address the stupidest (thanks to exceptions!).. the biggest idiot today is glorified, everything is done for him and there is no effort to make him to think.. his laziness and consumerism is adored.. the goal is to make everyone as stupid as possible.. so instead of the dumber half of people adapting to the smarter half, it's just the opposite.. and we call it democracy (and for the dumbest people there are more words, like Clients, Customers or Voters :-D )

Wien it comes to the per device setting, it is laughable that windows still cannot make it a one click problem to switch the audio output device of a program.
I was playing games, and my brother was sick. I wanted to use second monitor and reproductors to play movie, while I would continue gaming on first monitor and headphones.
The ammount of time it took to set up the audio correctly was ridiculous.
