No, she's not.
She's talking about poetry on twatter.
That's like going to a pub, and after 5 beers start re-citing poetry, and another guy saying COCK to the same audience. The reaction did not change, she is just completelly context deaf.

Think Hyolobrika think...

@LukeAlmighty @nosleep @newt I don't see any reason why reciting poetry on Twitter is out of context. The reason the guy saying "COCK" had more likes is probably because he simply had more followers for some reason other than his great phallic wittiness.
@Hyolobrika @LukeAlmighty @nosleep no, it's because COCK is easier to compherend and funnier in that particular context. It's all about that and the audience. There are people who care about poetry and there are people who love dick jokes. Sometimes these two sets intersect, but not always.
@newt @LukeAlmighty @nosleep I'd hardly call simply saying the word "COCK" in all caps to be a joke though. If it was a joke about the size of someone's cock, or a joke that in some other way involved cocks that would be one thing. Or if he said "COCK" in response to something that made it funny in context. As it is, it seems that Zack is just riding off his fame (as indicated by his blue checkmark).
@Hyolobrika @LukeAlmighty @nosleep nevertheless, it's a joke and some people find it funny, myself included. And it also coincides with the fact that these people might have a particularly short attention span and therefore prefer social media that caters to their needs and tastes, like Twitter.

@LukeAlmighty @newt @nosleep That is hysterically funny. And there's a lot more to it than just the word for the male external gamete delivery mechanism in all caps.

Ok... In that case, I have to bring the big guns. (Thanks @sjw@neckbeard.xyz )
