@JoeBiden @coolboymew BBCLM is not protesting against corruption, and authoritarianism, neither are these people getting injured as a part of an ill justified invasion. Frankly, Americans are so privileged, yes, privileged, that they cannot tell the difference between discrimination and offensive wording, neither can they tell the difference between shooting criminals and innocent civilians.
@meshy @JoeBiden I'm going to have to disagree here

The difference of how left wing and right wing protests are handled in the press is disgusting

The minute there were anti-BLM protests in the UK, the narrative changes FAST
@coolboymew @JoeBiden That goes for the right too. You are simply subjected to one side more.
@coolboymew @JoeBiden Oh, the U.K. Hellhole filled to the brim with soy cucks. A battleground of the WW1 veterans and extremely autistic TikTok faggots. All British politics is dumb politics, and so are the ones participating in it obsessively.
@meshy @JoeBiden The thing about BLM tho' is that it literally has no clam in the UK, it has no reasons to exists. Their problems is non-existent in the UK, so it's basically propaganda spillover from the US and the press is still simping for the destruction it causes regardless. Statues were toppled

But when people counter protested because it's all bullshit, they were treated as the big bad
@coolboymew @meshy @JoeBiden yes and no, slave ownership in Britain was fairly common, when they didn't own them directly they were as bonds and shares in colonial governments, colonial enterprises, and trading and logistics companies, and that's before we get into shit like the Raj and the Opium Wars. The UK has a long history of racial tension with immigrants traveling to the seat of the empire and finding a dirty grey shithole. Also, Americans don't like to admit it but even if they profited off it immensely slavery wasn't their idea, it started centuries before the war of independence when the American colonies were vassals to European nobility.
@einziggurat @JoeBiden @meshy I don't agree with things happening like nearly a century ago still affecting today, there's just some point where you gotta let go

There's also the fact that Britain actually used taxpayer money to END the slave trade, in which they were still technically paying back until a few years ago

>The UK has a long history of racial tension with immigrants

That's like literally most of the world tho'
@coolboymew @JoeBiden @meshy yeah, but british immigrants are coming in predominantly from countries they broke the back of.

It's literally impossible for history not to affect the present day. A century is just over a human lifespan, barely a generation, and each decision we make now will echo for centuries as well.
@einziggurat @JoeBiden @meshy it's entirely unfair to the people who had nothing to do with it tho'

Realistically, what is there to do? There's already plenty of social program

"repairation" doesn't work and the activists will never be happy. A city in the Us actually tried that, activists were still not happy despite a ridiculously high payout of 30k

So the real question is, what the hell do they even want? They want nothing, they just want to destroy and entirely subvert the society, and that's why these groups are extreme nuisance
Follow

@coolboymew @JoeBiden @einziggurat @meshy
The main problem with reperations is, that people will forget they got them in a week, but they will never forget the slavery. Because they have been brainwashed by the elites to associate their skin color with being a slave.

They did it to create learned helplessness, that the politicians can use to control them with minimal effort.
