Question 1: Did you order from here
On scale 1-10... Why is this question on scale 1-10? Why are they asking, when they have logs?
Are they testing my memory, or do they have such a huge hole in database, they need to check integrity of their data?
@LukeAlmighty I think it’s because those surveys aren’t linked to your account. So when you fill it out they don’t know it’s you. But I don’t know about the scale thing. That’s odd.
@LukeAlmighty be glad they don't ask how satisfied you were with the satisfaction survey :-)
