What does modern society have to offer to young men? They struggle to afford a home or even pay rent as prices continue to increase and finding meaningful partnership to be able to raise a family is incredibly difficult/circumstantial right now. At least we have honest work for good pay, though. Oh, wait, we haven't had that in years and it keeps getting worse through incestuous human resources midwit circlejerking so fake and gay that it makes you miss the days you had mandatory pep rallies in high school. It feels like you're stuck either being a novelty-addicted consoomer that's gone nose blind to all the shit piling up around you or you start developing an unbearable itch to burn things down and tear it all apart.
"Do you know what the core values of our business are? Why do you want to work for this company? Can you describe a time when you used problem-solving to help someone? Describe a time when things didn't go expected and how you handled them. For this shitty job, you need to have open availability even though every single employee in this building would just like some regularity in their scheduling and would be glad to have morning or evening shifts exclusively, is that okay with you? We're more than just a business, we're like a family"

Damn, I didn't believe it before, but you can clearly see the split between the bloat and the useful part of the company just by the percentage of job-related terms. There are realy some people that I haven't even once heard talking about the shit they were doing.
