based on the ADHD video you linked, I found this talk: https://youtu.be/sPFmKu2S5XY
quite interesting and sounds convincing.

I believe this guy is so wrong, it's not even funny. The sad thing is, that I can clearly see, how based on this billshit the modern theories of ADHD "treatments" are made.

To be more precise, the problem with ADHD is that there is a lack of "extrinsic motivation". He even shows a perfect example at 24:00

What he is showing is that an ADHD brain is actually processes the information purely on the intrinsic motivation. If the ADHD student does not feel the importance of a task, his brain will filter it out completelly, and jump to nearest thing, that does have a meaning.

That is why I had no problem getting to university, studying, and even getting a job, but finishing the school became near impossible the moment it was no longer necessery. Another example was mentioned before about how ADHD kids don't learn by being told what to do. Well, obviously. Because a teachers word has no value unless it is directed at truly explaining the new values.

BTW, yes, I was officially diagnosed as a kid and I was taking meds only for about a month 10 years ago, so feel free to ask anything.
