And I'm imagining laws students being like "nah, the version of the laws book from ten years ago should work as well, it's also just easier to use it, and also, isn't like, being up to date with laws, such an overly complicated and niche thing anyways? nobody does that"

Or a medicine student that's like "what, it's known that this medicament has like really really bad side effects? but it's not illegal, right? so I'll just keep prescribing it and won't look for alternatives until it's illegal. and if a patient tells me they have huge problems, I will just blame it on them and claim their body is just too complicated and niche to learn how to properly treat them"

Yeah, although I do hate on doctors any chance I get, seing IT university teaching.... excel... Was one of the first realization, that maybe I should trust no expert ever.
