In western countries the avg. age of marriage, let alone children is a lot closer to 30 in reality. Spacing out first kiss and first sex like that is painfully optimistic too, and assuming that first relationship comes after both of those is just stupid and makes me think this is another one of those r9k bait images.
Of course "average" is a stupid metric to begin with, considering the Christian sect people who all but automatically get married before they're 20 and don't use protection since their teaching advocate filling the Earth etc
In any case, I'm happy to be a man because I don't have to worry about the impending infertility wall at the 35 year point. Ugly bastard impregnation gang represent.
