The problem is, that the virus is the perfect combination of psychological abuse.

At first, you sacrifice a lot.
Then someone tells you, you need to sacrifice just a bit more. (sunken cost fallacy kicks in)

And then, people who took everything can point wherever they want and say: That is the last step...

It is pure evil, but it works. (damn, I need to finish UNI now.)
