as a consequence of reading the bible i now feel that the term "Judeo-Christian" is legitimate. i know people get mad at that. but you can't oppose the term and also think the book of genesis etc. is canon. Jesus messiahship is completely justified in terms of its fulfilling old testament prophecies. the fact that it later became a gentile religion is irrelevant. The only true form of Christianity that is authentically non-Judeo-Christian is Marcionism because he wanted to cut out Jews entirely from the story, and he got excommunicated for it.
