This is something I don't get.
Men is willing to work 12 hours a day, sharing his income and house, but asking for a hot dinner when he comes home is slavery.
HOW? You are not the first woman to say this shit, but how the fuck is that even comparable?

Everyone should want to contribute to making a working family. If you see contributing as being a servant, you’re treating a family like it’s a job or career.

Saying a man has hard power because he brings in money and a woman only soft power because she takes care of hearth and home severely underestimates the value of that labor. While taking care of the home may or may not be as materially rewarding as working an outside job, it is still extremely important and valuable.
Hell, I'd actually argue that up to a point the person staying home has more power over things than the one going out to work. Frequently, they're the ones who get to decide how the home is setup and run. What is and isn't bought to large degrees. Control budgets. Influence future generations. On and on. This is not to say the one earning "the money" is powerless. Just to say that I think it isn't useful to discount the power the one at home has. Money isn't everything after all
