in almost 20 years they only killed ~10,000 insurgents in drone strikes and in so doing they killed thousands of innocent civilians
not only is the capacity to conduct warfare with drones extremely limited, the drones probably created more insurgents than they killed

In civil war, drones are completelly useless, because civilians on your side look exactly as civillians on the other one.
Drones are amazing tool, but definitelly not for this job.
