I get it. It might be just my atheist nature, but the term "evil" also is hard to grasp. It sounds simple and is hard to take seriously.
Stupid is a solid concept that everyone understands. It does not have blured definition.
And no, it is not a lazy term for people who want me dead, because they don't even know it sometimes. Stupid is the worst danger you can face. You can negotiate with evil. Not with stupid. You can understand evil. But understanding stupid won't help you in any way.
