A newbie guide to conspiracy theories:
If you're ever in doubt, go through these steps:

1) Is it technically possible?

2) would there be a tremendous benefit to the illuminaty if it was implemented?

3) Would they be able to think of the idea. (automatic yes, since someone much dumber did too)

If all 3 are anwsered yes, you can be SURE, that even if it is not implemented yet, it will be soon. The question is not if, but when.
