Nike filed a copyright to havev option to sue for shoes that look too similar.
I hope gaem companies stand ready to sue if Nike's designs start looking too similar. I get the feeling that people in the future are going to want clothes they see in game to wear IRL rather than clothes they wear IRL to be in game.
