Honestly, I wish I could see a glimpse of humanity 300 years in future.
Not because of globohomo interference or technological progress, I want to see what this kind of madness will do to genetics of both genders.
It doesn't take many generations to kill off undesired genes after all.

They say that the descendants of people who nearly starved to death have a greater tendency toward obesity. Anecdotally, I know that all the morbidly obese women who managed to reproduce have scrawny children with very high carb tolerance. I think that the low class people of the future will be 80% ectomorphs because being fat means that your window to reproduce is smaller.
