What is ur opinions about the USA SOR (Sex Offender Registry)? Do you agree? Disagree? Why?

It is stupid.
Either
A: You believe that past crimes should be known, and you would have a public crime registry
Or
B: You believe that once a criminal pays for his crime, he shouldn't be discriminated against. So, there should be no public crime registry.
