Genuinely terrified to see what the right reaction is going to look like. The longer and farther the “spring” is stretched, the more energetic the move when it’s released, and boy has that spring been stretched lately.
Probably contradictory to that, I’m also afraid the right will go off half-cocked and give more justification to the enemy, and things get worse for us all for even longer.

Have you ever heard of the Black Book of Communism?
@LukeAlmighty It’s cyclical. They double down on malicious power plays until they get checked, then they double down more anyway, causing a progressively dramatic reaction. Eventually they get pogrommed or whatever and the ultimate consequence gets meted out rapidly and without mercy until they shut the fuck up and stop with their shit. Then it stops and the cycle starts again. But there’s this “whirring up” effect that takes years.
Right now we’re at Fox News fedposting about Waukesha on national television. Consider what leftoid agitprop based on basically nothing created. Now consider what rightist agitprop based on substantial cases is going to create after some years.
A correction has been brewing for years now. We’re about to see a boil-over over the next few years. Right on schedule for the 2024 election. Who knows if the current American regime will withstand it.
